USING OUR ANONYMOUS FTP SITE
Our FTP site can be accessed anonymously by our clients to send and download files.

To Access via an FTP Program
If you are using an FTP program [such as WS FTP, or CuteFTP] to access our FTP site:

Host Name/Address: ftp.dgregan.com

Username: anonymous

Password: guest

Once you are logged on, you will see 2 folders, one labelled 'incoming' and the other 'pub'
If you are sending us files, you must enter the 'incoming' folder and then transfer your files there. You will not be able to download or remove any files from the 'incoming' folder.
If you are downloading files from us, you must enter the 'pub' folder, select the files you wish to download, and then transfer them. You will not be able to upload files into the 'pub' folder.

If you are using your internet browser to access our FTP site:

Type ftp.dgregan.com into the address bar. When the site comes up you will see 2 folders, one labelled 'incoming' and the other 'pub'
If you are sending us files, you must enter the 'incoming' folder and then drag your files into the browser window. You will not be able to download or remove any files from the 'incoming' folder.
If you are downloading files from us, you must enter the 'pub' folder, right-click your mouse on the files you wish to download, and select 'Save Target As'. You will not be able to upload files into the 'pub' folder.
